"He Kept Me"

Through trials and tribulations, storms and obstacles, the birthing pains of life can be heavy! Too much to bear at times. During those moments, I surrendered to his unwavering grace. His love was unstoppable! It was as if we were spiritually in tune, while our hearts beat as one.

No matter which way I looked, "He Kept Me!" I kneeled and prayed. I asked for everything through supplication; he heard, and he answered me! He walked with me, carried me, and lifted my burdens with favor. He showed me a new way while preparing me for what's to come! Yet, "He Kept Me!"

He kept me from the trauma, the hurt of love, and the fear of being loved again. He restored me. His love allowed me to breathe again, to smile again. "He Kept Me!" His grace directed me to a new place full of peace, hope, and faith. He gave me a new song to sing, he filled my heart with joy, laughter, and a love that found me! That's how I know it was "His Grace That Kept Me!"
